Job Description
Steward / Waiter / Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting guests with their needs, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant or dining outlet.
Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus and provide information about food and beverage offerings.
Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a courteous manner.
Clear and reset tables according to service standards.
Assist with table setup and restaurant preparation before service.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the dining area.
