Property Data Miner / Field Survey Executive – Real Estate (Part-Time)

Location : Richmond Road, Richmond Towers, Bengaluru

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated field executives to identify properties available for sale, rent,

lease, redevelopment, commercial use, residential use, retail use, and land opportunities in assigned areas. The

role involves meeting property owners, collecting owner and property details, and submitting verified information

in the company’s prescribed format.

WHO CAN APPLY ?

• Fluent in Kannada (Mandatory)

• Basic English reading and communication skills.

• Valid Aadhaar Card.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel

• Good interpersonal and data collection skills

• Two-Wheeler Mandatory

WORK SCHEDULE

Part-time role - 4 hours per day

Monday to Saturday

Timings part time : 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Timings full time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Flexible timing can be considered if the daily target is achieved.

PERFORMANCE TARGETS

Minimum 7 verified properties per day

120 - 150 verified properties per month

COMPENSATION

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month.

Performance Incentive: Earn 10% of the company’s brokerage on every successful deal closed from a property

sourced by you.

INCENTIVE EXAMPLE: If you identify a rental property with a monthly rent of ₹1,00,000 and the company

successfully closes the deal, the brokerage earned will be ₹1,00,000 by the company. In that case, you will receive ₹10,000 as an

incentive in addition to your fixed monthly salary.
