1. Loan Origination & Credit Evaluation

QualificaƟons & Experience:
HSC degree & above
0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in LAP or secured loan products
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relaƟonships
Understanding of credit assessment and risk principles is a strong advantage
Key Skills Required:
Strong sales acumen and negoƟaƟon skills
Excellent communicaƟon and interpersonal abiliƟes
Good understanding of financial products (especially LAP)
RelaƟonship-building and stakeholder management
Data-driven decision-making and reporƟng proficiency
Self-moƟvated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach
