Job Description
· Maintain day-to-day journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.
· Record all income and expenses under appropriate heads.
· Perform monthly closing and prepare financial statements.
· Ensure proper filing and recordkeeping of all financial documents.
· Issue invoices promptly to customers/clients with clear terms.
· Track outstanding payments via the Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger.
· Send regular reminders for overdue invoices.
· Reconcile collections with bank statements.
· Verify vendor bills against legit documents
· Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) ledger.
· Ensure timely payment of vendors as per agreed terms.
· Reconcile vendor accounts monthly.
