Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Fancy Store. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers find the right products while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and explain pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and shelving of products.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and store procedures.
• Required QualificationsMinimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred.
• 0–2 years of retail sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines is an advantage.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Sales and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Working Hours9-hour shift (including break).
