Job Title: Barista Trainer

Location: Jaipur

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista Trainer to train clients on coffee machines and barista skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coffee preparation, grinder calibration, and espresso extraction, along with excellent communication skills to conduct client training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on coffee machines and barista techniques for clients.
• Perform grinder settings, calibration, and espresso extraction to ensure beverage quality.
• Demonstrate machine operation, daily maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Train clients on milk frothing, latte art, and beverage preparation standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
• Visit client locations for installation support and training when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Stay updated on new coffee equipment and brewing techniques.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or Barista Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of grinder settings, espresso extraction, and coffee brewing techniques.
• Experience in training clients on commercial coffee machines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Jaipur and nearby areas for client training.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.

Preferred Qualification:

• Certification in Barista Skills or Coffee Training is an added advantage.
• Experience with commercial espresso machines and grinders.
