Job Description
Jobs & Responsibility:
- Visit client sites, factories, and procurement offices to present metal sheet press component solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the services and quotations.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits and follow‑ups.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit logs, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in b.com
- 2–4 years of field sales experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of metal sheet press components and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to travel extensively and work independently with reporting discipline.
