Job Description
- Promote and sell Airtel WiFi/Broadband connections in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential residential and commercial customers through field visits and lead generation.
- Explain Airtel broadband plans, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Convert leads into successful installations by coordinating with the installation team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10+2 or any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for lead updates and reporting.
- Prior experience in telecom, broadband, DTH, or field sales is an added advantage.
