Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Engineering and Manufacturing team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in production, maintenance, quality, project execution, and engineering operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to build a strong technical foundation and develop professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day engineering and manufacturing activities.

Support production, maintenance, quality assurance, and project teams.

Monitor equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and work instructions.

Follow safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.

Analyze engineering data and assist in problem-solving activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Learn and implement continuous improvement methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of engineering principles and industrial processes.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in shifts and relocate if required.

Preferred Skills:

AutoCAD, CATIA, MS Office, and basic engineering software knowledge.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and maintenance concepts.

Knowledge of safety standards and quality systems.
