Job Description
- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement through payroll software systems.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Calculate employee salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and payroll-related regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, and salary statements for management and finance teams.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee compensation changes, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
- Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate and distribute pay slips while maintaining payroll documentation and records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing payroll data and required documentation.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in payroll processing and reporting.
- Monitor payroll processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and payroll information at all times.
