Job Description
Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
Monitor and improve KPIs such as ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), and conversion rate.
Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff to improve performance.
Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness and standards.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, and coordinate stock replenishment.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Ensure loss prevention and minimize shrinkage.
Conduct team briefings and provide on-the-job training to employees.
Maintain records and prepare reports related to sales, stock, and store performance.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth store functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Take charge of the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
