Job Description
Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, receive prescriptions, and assist them in finding prescribed medicines or over-the-counter (OTC) healthcare products.
Billing & Cash Handling: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) counter to process payments, generate accurate invoices, and handle cash/digital transactions.
Inventory Management: Assist in checking stock levels, unpacking new shipments, and neatly organizing medicines on the shelves according to expiry dates and categories.
Prescription Verification: Read and interpret prescriptions accurately under the guidance of the senior pharmacist to ensure the correct dosage and medicines are dispensed.
Store Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and strict hygiene standards across the medicine counters and storage areas.
