Sales Training Coordinator

JD-Training Sales Counsellor:

The position is Bangalore,JP Nagar office based.

To execute structural drafting works and receive daily leads from management, explain training products to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with them. This role revolves around good communication and so business you work in your roles and responsibilities are likely to include:

Duties and responsibilities:-

• Qualifying process of Leads,
• Training management works,
• Calling, Messaging, Following up new leads through separate Business Whatsapp/Phone and explaining training products
• Planning and preparing presentations if required to leads.
• Communicating new training developments or offers to prospective clients
• Converting leads by explaining all features and benefits of our training products.
• Writing daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Providing management with feedback of outcome of every leads
• Coordinating with management for getting leads and giving creative marketing strategies.

Skills & Experience

This is no job for shy, retiring types as you’ll need to be bursting with self-confidence, love networking and enjoy presenting and public speaking. It also helps if you have:

Qualified Any Degree/Course in Training/Sales.
