Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage student communication, lead nurturing, and promotional campaigns through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective students, increasing conversions, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support admissions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns for course promotions, webinars, and events.
Respond promptly to student inquiries and provide accurate course information.
Nurture leads through personalized communication and regular follow-ups.
Send broadcast messages, promotional offers, and updates using WhatsApp Business.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Maintain and update lead records in the CRM.
Track campaign performance, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business messaging policies.
Assist in creating engaging message content and templates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in WhatsApp marketing, customer engagement, or lead management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business Platform and CRM software.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Experience in the EdTech or education sector is preferred.
