Job Description
1–3 years of relevant experience in Property Loan; MBA (Finance) / CA Freshers may also apply.
Evaluate customer creditworthiness through income assessment, bank statement analysis, and property-related credit appraisal.
Recommend loan approvals/rejections while ensuring compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and MS Excel skills.
Detail-oriented professional with the ability to meet turnaround time (TAT) and maintain high-quality credit decisions.
