Key Responsibilities:✔ Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries
✔ Convert leads into holiday package bookings
✔ Explain domestic and international tour packages
✔ Follow up with potential customers and generate sales
✔ Coordinate with clients regarding visas, flights, hotels, and itineraries
✔ Maintain customer database and CRM records
✔ Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
