About the job :-


the central kitchen responsibilities :-

Reach home kitchen and prep gravies and mise en place. Protien preparation. Inventory management and packaging and storage.

One helper would be there to assist you with all the duties at the central kitchen as well at the operating food cart.


The Cart Responsiblities:-

fries preparation, heating and assembling of desi sliders, packaging and customer service plus order dispatch.

also closing, cleaning and parking!
