Job Description
Job Title: Field Technician (Cable & Broadband)
Job Responsibilities:
* Visit customer locations for field collections and service requests.
* Repair and troubleshoot cable TV and broadband connections.
* Install new router and internet connections.
* Perform basic networking configuration and fault diagnosis.
* Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of networking, routers, and broadband connections.
* Experience in cable internet installation and repair is preferred.
* ITI qualification is preferred, but candidates with relevant field experience are also welcome.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
Qualification: ITI (Preferred) / 10th, 12th or equivalent with relevant technical knowledge.
