Job Description
Supply Recruitment Ops (Tele-calling: Fluency in spoken Hindi Language is a must)
Location: Bengaluru
Type: Full-time

Role
Engage and qualify candidates for international job opportunities and move them into
Kovon’s hiring pipeline.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential candidates
• Explain job roles, salary, and relocation process
• Screen candidates for eligibility (skills, documents, intent)
• Convert leads into qualified applicants
• Follow up to drive applications and interview readiness
• Update CRM/Sheets with accurate call outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover
KPIs
• Daily calls & connection rate
• Qualified candidates generated
• Conversion to application/interview
Requirements
• Strong communication skills in Hindi is a must (+ regional language preferred)
• Basic computer skills (Sheets/CRM)
• Comfortable with high call volumes
• Prior telecalling experience is a plus (freshers can apply)
