Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are clean and well-stocked.
- Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments (if required).
- Coordinate with the store team for stock availability and replenishment.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns as per company policy.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Prepare daily sales reports and assist with stock counting.
