Job Description

Job Title: Admission Counselor (Online MBA/BBA/B.Com)

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹2.5–4.2 LPA + Incentives

We are hiring Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through the admission process for Online MBA, BBA, B.Com, MCA, and other university programs. The candidate will counsel students, follow up on leads, explain course details, and convert inquiries into admissions.

  • ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students over calls and WhatsApp.
  • Explain course benefits, eligibility, and fee structure.
  • Follow up with leads and close admissions.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets.
  • RequirementsExcellent communication and sales skills.
  • 1–5 years of experience in EdTech, online education sales, or admission counseling.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
