Job Description
**Job Title:** DG Service Engineer
**Company:** Network Diesel Sales and Service Pvt. Ltd. (NDSS)
**Location:** Chennai / Puducherry
**Qualification:**
* ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* 2–5 years of experience in Diesel Generator (DG) service and maintenance
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of DG sets.
* Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults in DG sets.
* Attend customer breakdown calls and provide timely support.
* Prepare service reports and update job status.
* Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
**Skills Required:**
* Knowledge of diesel engines, alternators, AMF panels, and control panels.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Willingness to travel to customer sites.
**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
