About the RoleARV Global Creations is seeking an experienced Artwork Khakha Designer (Khakha Maker) specializing in luxury couture garments. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate handwork khakhas (tracing layouts) for embroidery, beadwork, sequins, crystals, zari, cutdana, pearls, and other couture embellishments.
Key Responsibilities✅ Create detailed handwork khakhas from fashion sketches, photographs, and reference garments.
✅ Prepare tracing layouts for:
- Aari Work
- Zardozi Work
- Cutdana Work
- Sequin Work
- Pearl & Crystal Work
- Bead Embroidery
- Bridal & Couture Hand Embellishments
✅ Develop artwork placements for:
- Gowns
- Bridal Wear
- Evening Dresses
- Indo-Western Wear
- Luxury Ethnic Wear
✅ Coordinate with sampling, design, and handwork teams.
✅ Ensure production-friendly and accurate artwork execution.
✅ Maintain design quality and couture standards.
- Required SkillsStrong hand sketching and tracing skills.
- Expertise in couture handwork layouts.
- Ability to interpret designer references and garment photographs.
- Knowledge of embroidery techniques and embellishment materials.
- Experience working with export houses or couture manufacturers preferred.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- QualificationFashion Design / Textile Design background preferred.
- Relevant practical experience is more important than formal qualifications.
