📌 Job BriefWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Sales Officers (SO) to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing distributors, increasing retail coverage, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong product availability within their assigned territories.

• 📈 Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve Primary & Secondary Sales targets.
• Develop and manage distributor & wholesaler networks.
• Increase retail coverage through effective beat planning.
• Ensure product availability, merchandising, and visibility in the market.
• Execute trade schemes, retailer promotions, and market activation programs.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely settlement of claims, returns, and stock management.
• ASM: Lead, train, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers/Sales Executives.
• SO: Conduct daily market visits, generate orders, increase retail coverage, and support distributors in achieving sales targets.
• 🛠️ Requirements & QualificationsArea Sales Manager (ASM)Graduate (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
• Strong distributor management and channel sales experience.
• Sales Officer (SO)Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience.
• Experience in General Trade/Kirana market preferred.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
