Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for Loans and Insurance products within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage and supervise Sales Executives, Telecallers, and Team Leaders.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business volume.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor team performance and provide training and coaching.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth processing.
