Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Shop Staff to join our retail store in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate should have a customer-friendly attitude and be willing to assist in the daily operations of the shop.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Arrange, replenish, and organize products on shelves.
• Handle billing, cash, and digital payments, if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the store.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Receive and arrange new stock deliveries.
• Resolve basic customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales and operational goals.
• RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations is an advantage.
