Picker / Packer

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Packer to safely pack products according to company standards. The candidate will ensure accurate packing, labeling, and handling of goods while maintaining quality and safety during warehouse and dispatch operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPack products as per company guidelines and customer requirements.
• Inspect products for quality before packing.
• Label, seal, and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Ensure correct quantity and product specifications before packing.
• Handle packing materials efficiently to minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
• Report damaged or defective products to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse SOPs.
• Meet daily packing targets while maintaining quality standards.
• QualificationsMinimum 10th/12th Pass.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experience0–2 years of experience in packing, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
