Job Description
Job Location: Chennai
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labour productivity and maintain daily work progress reports.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
- Check material availability and coordinate deliveries.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager/Management.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in building construction (Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply).
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings is an added advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
