Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on various hiring portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary assessments.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
