About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officers / Senior Relationship Officers to drive business loan sales through field-based customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have experience in lending products, open market sourcing, and small ticket-size business loans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive business loan sales by identifying and acquiring new customers through field visits.
• Achieve business loan disbursement targets while maintaining minimum delinquency.
• Identify new markets and assess opportunities for business expansion.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including sourcing, loan processing, disbursement, and repayment follow-up.
• Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and loan application reviews.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand presence.
• Ensure daily and weekly sales targets, meetings, and centre visits are achieved.
• Maintain portfolio quality and support delinquency management.
• Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 1–5 years in Field Sales.
• Mandatory Experience:Business Loans / Lending Products
• Open Market Sourcing
• Small Ticket Business Loans
• Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
• Basic understanding of the Business Loan model.
• Mandatory RequirementsValid Driving License (DL).
• Personal Two-Wheeler.
• Minimum CIBIL Score: 650.

• Educational Certificates
• Current Organization Offer Letter
• Last 3 Months' Salary Slips
• Last Company Relieving Letter (mandatory for candidates who are currently not working)
