Job Description
Navayu is looking for a motivated TeleSales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into appointments, and provide an excellent patient experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
- Explain Navayu's treatments and services to prospective patients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested patients.
- Update lead status and patient details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in TeleSales, Healthcare Sales, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused.
Working Hours10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time)
