Job Description

Telecaller in collections (or Debt Recovery) is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and recovering funds while maintaining customer relationships

Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with customers regarding overdue loan EMIs, credit card bills, or other accounts in a courteous and professional manner.

Payment Processing: Assist customers with making payments, setting up automated debits, and guiding them through payment gateways.

Record Keeping: Log accurate notes of every call, promise-to-pay (PTP) dates, and customer responses in the CRM or collection software.

Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, target collection amount, and Promise-to-Pay (PTP) conversion rates.
