Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with at least 3 years of experience in MIS reporting and data management. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and hands-on experience with MIS reporting tools. The role also involves supporting audit activities by maintaining accurate reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
• Perform data validation, formatting, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
• Handle advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, charts, and dashboards.
• Work with MIS tools and reporting software for data extraction and reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing MIS reports and maintaining proper documentation.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather and consolidate business data.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with MIS reporting tools and report automation.
• Strong knowledge of report formatting, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Experience in handling MIS-related audit work.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
