About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Shooting & Video Editor who can manage the complete video production process—from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling and capable of producing high-quality videos for marketing, branding, social media, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality promotional, corporate, product, and event videos. Capture professional-quality footage using DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras.

·      Edit videos for social media platforms, YouTube, websites, and marketing campaigns.

·      Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, music, subtitles, and visual effects. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging video content. Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

·      Manage lighting, camera setup, framing, and audio recording during shoots.

·      Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and digital assets.

·      Stay updated with the latest video production trends, editing techniques, and AI-powered editing tools

Required Skills & Qualifications  

·      Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related f ield.

·      2–5 years of experience in video shooting and editing.

·      Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Media Encoder.

·      Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, and audio recording. Experience creating reels, shorts, promotional videos, interviews, and corporate films. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

·      Excellent creativity, storytelling, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

·      Experience with drone videography (preferred).

·      Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading.

·      Familiarity with AI video editing tools and content creation platforms.

·      Photography skills are an added advantage.
