QA / QC Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Executive to ensure that all bathroom accessories and hardware products meet company quality standards before dispatch. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods while maintaining quality records and implementing continuous quality improvements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIncoming Quality InspectionInspect incoming raw materials and purchased components.
• Verify materials as per approved specifications.
• Prepare incoming inspection reports.
• In-Process Quality ControlConduct stage-wise inspections during manufacturing.
• Ensure products comply with quality standards.
• Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production.
• Final Quality InspectionInspect finished bathroom accessories before packing and dispatch.
• Check:
• Product dimensions
• Surface finish
• Chrome/SS coating quality
• Rust-free quality
• Welding quality
• Product fitting
• Functionality
• Packaging quality
• Barcode & labeling accuracy
• DocumentationMaintain QC inspection reports.
• Record rejection analysis.
• Prepare Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) records.
• Maintain inspection checklists and quality documents.
• Defect AnalysisIdentify root causes of defects.
• Reduce rejection and rework.
• Suggest process improvements.
• CoordinationWork closely with Production, Purchase, Store, and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure only approved products move to dispatch.
• Quality StandardsFollow ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures.
• Ensure SOP compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Customer Complaint HandlingInvestigate customer quality complaints.
• Prepare corrective action reports.
• Implement preventive measures.
