Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Property Consultant to manage property sales/ build strong client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Negotiate deals and close sales/rental transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and pricing
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, brokers, and property owners
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and transactions
- Coordinate with legal/documentation teams for smooth transaction closure
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate/property sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong local market knowledge
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- A two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits is preferred
