Telesales Executive

A Life Insurance Sales Agent is responsible for identifying prospective clients, evaluating their financial needs, and selling customized life insurance policies to secure their families' future. This performance-driven role primarily focuses on building a robust client pipeline, hitting monthly revenue milestones, and managing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Prospect potential customers using cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
• Needs Assessment: Interview clients to analyze their financial situations, risk profiles, and long-term security goals.
• Product Customization: Design tailored insurance plans choosing from term, whole life, or endowment structures.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver clear proposals explaining premium structures, policy exclusions, and financial payout benefits.
• Onboarding & Underwriting: Assist buyers with application accuracy and coordinate documents with internal underwriters.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume quotas established by management.
• Customer Retention: Manage policy updates, answer renewal queries, and assist families during the claim settlement process
