Job Description
Handle daily computer and office operations.
Maintain customer data in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Make outbound calls and attend incoming customer inquiries.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google Business Profile).
Create and upload promotional posts, reels, and basic marketing content.
Assist in digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the sales team.
