Position: Accountant Executive
Location: Uruli Kanchan, Pune
Industry: Resort & Hospitality
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive to manage all accounting, Tally operations, financial record-keeping, and administrative activities for our resort located in Uruli Kanchan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounts, coordinating with vendors, supporting compliance requirements, and assisting in resort administration.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & FinanceMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and record vouchers, journal entries, receipts, and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
- Generate monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheet data.
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
- Process vendor payments and customer refunds as required.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory records.
- Tally & ComplianceHandle all accounting activities using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare GST-related data and ensure timely filing support.
- Maintain TDS records and compliance documentation.
- Ensure proper accounting controls and documentation.
- Support annual audits and financial reviews.
- Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee attendance and administrative records.
- Handle office documentation, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Maintain resort operational registers and records.
- Assist management with reports and operational data.
- Support HR-related administrative activities when required.
- Resort Operations SupportReconcile room booking collections and other revenue streams.
- Verify cash and digital payment receipts.
- Coordinate with front office and operations teams for revenue accounting.
- Monitor inventory and stock consumption records.
- Assist management in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, hotel, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Desired SkillsStrong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and confidential in handling financial data.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates residing in or near Uruli Kanchan, Hadapsar, Loni Kalbhor, Yewalewadi, Fursungi, or nearby Pune areas will be preferred due to ease of commuting.
