Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on generated leads.
  • Explain business loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers until loan disbursement.
  • Coordinate with the operations and credit teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
