Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide students through the admission and visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, converting enquiries into admissions, and assisting them with visa documentation and application procedures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads received from IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, and Meta.
• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings.
• Understand students' educational background and career goals.
• Recommend suitable universities, colleges, and study programs.
• Guide students regarding admission requirements and eligibility.
• Assist students in preparing visa documents and completing visa applications.
• Explain visa procedures, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Follow up regularly with leads until admission and visa completion.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing.
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
• Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and counselling skills.
• Good English speaking and writing ability.
• Knowledge of student visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Germany, or Europe.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
• Ability to work under targets.
• QualificationBachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in education counselling or visa counselling is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Experience0–5 years in Education Counselling, Visa Counselling, or Student Recruitment.
