Job SummaryWe are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Female Telecalling Executive who can handle customer inquiries, generate sales leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain regular reminder calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and answer product/service-related queries.
• Generate new sales leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
• Make reminder and follow-up calls to existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM or Excel database.
• Follow up on quotations, pending payments, and service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the concerned department.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Required Skills & QualitiesCommunication SkillsExcellent verbal communication in Hindi.
• Basic to good communication in English.
• Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette.
• Personal QualitiesPositive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Patient and empathetic while dealing with customers.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Technical SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Comfortable using email and internet.
• Ability to maintain customer data and reports.
• Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
• QualificationGraduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Telesales, or Lead Generation preferred.
• Salary₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
