Client Relationship Executive

Position: CRM Executive (Client Relationship Management & Coordination)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with existing and prospective clients
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, accounts, and site teams
• Track project execution and ensure timely completion
• Prepare quotations and support proposal submissions
• Handle client communication and project updates
• Follow up on invoices, outstanding payments, and collections
• Maintain CRM records and generate reports
• Support business development and identify upselling opportunities

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Sales Coordination, Business Development, or Account Management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email Communication, and CRM software
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects
• Organized, responsible, and target-oriented
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
