The candidate will be responsible for managing outbound sales activities, conducting virtual meetings, presenting subscription plans, and explaining Gonukkad.com services through online presentations and demonstrations. Your Role at Large

• Lead and manage inside sales executives for outbound sales activities.

• Conduct daily team meetings and performance discussions.

• Connect with potential business clients through outbound calling and lead-based calling.

• Conduct video meetings and online product presentations.

• Explain Gonukkad.com services and subscription plans to prospective customers.

• Ensure team productivity, lead management, and target achievement.

• Build strong customer relationships using a consultative sales approach.

• Handle escalations and support team members in closures. Key Responsibilities

• 100% Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Process

• Managing outbound calling and business development activities

• Conducting online demonstrations and presentations through video meetings

• Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Monitoring sales funnel, conversion ratio, and productivity

• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintaining CRM updates and reporting activities

• Team handling, training, and performance management Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in any stream

• Minimum 2 Year of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales Required Skills
