Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Immigration Consultant located in Mumbai. The role involves interacting with potential clients to provide consultations on immigration and visa processes, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries via calls, providing detailed explanations about immigration options, assisting clients with documentation, and ensuring a smooth application process. You will also maintain relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Immigration Issues, Visas, and Global Immigration processes
• Understanding of legal frameworks related to immigration and visas
• Experience in Consulting, with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build client relationships and work collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in handling phone-based client interactions effectively
• Experience in the immigration or legal industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and any additional language is an advantage
• Work to achieve your monthly sales target.
