Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
- Take orders accurately and process billing.
- Promote menu items and upsell products.
- Handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Serve food and beverages as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter and dining area.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic queries.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times.
