Job Description
Job Description – Project CoordinatorRole: Coordinate engineering projects from planning to completion.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and update project schedules.
- Follow up with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, approvals, and delays.
- Coordinate client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Follow up on project billing, invoices, and pending payments.
- Record and resolve client complaints and project issues.
- Maintain MOMs, project documents, trackers, and ERP updates.
- Escalate delays and critical issues to management.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or Project Management.
Experience: 2–5 years in engineering, construction, architecture, or consultancy projects.
