Relationship Manager (Demat)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Telecaller to promote and sell Demat and Trading Account services. The candidate will contact potential customers, explain the benefits of opening a Demat account, generate leads, and assist clients through the account-opening process.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain Demat and Trading Account features, benefits, and offers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Convince customers to open Demat and Trading accounts.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Assist customers with documentation and account-opening procedures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM/software.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on stock market products, company offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Demat accounts, trading accounts, and stock markets.
• Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Good computer and data-entry skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Qualifications:12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, BFSI, or stock broking sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
