Job Description
- 📶 WiFi (Airtel Xstream Fiber) SalesVisit residential societies, apartments, markets, and corporate offices.
- Generate new leads through door-to-door sales and field marketing.
- Explain Airtel Xstream Fiber plans, internet speed, OTT benefits, and current offers.
- Convince customers and close new WiFi connections.
- Collect KYC documents and complete the customer application process.
- Coordinate with the installation (Wireman/Technician) team for timely installation.
- Follow up with customers until the connection is activated.
- Ensure monthly WiFi sales targets are achieved.
- 📱 Airtel Postpaid SalesPromote Airtel Postpaid SIM plans to new customers.
- Explain plan benefits such as unlimited calling, data, family plans, international roaming, and OTT benefits.
- Assist customers with SIM activation, MNP (Mobile Number Portability), and new postpaid connections.
- Complete KYC verification and documentation.
- Upsell Airtel Black or bundled services wherever applicable.
- Resolve customer queries related to postpaid plans and billing.
- Achieve monthly Postpaid sales targets.
