Billing

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices using our ERP system and ensuring accurate billing records. The ideal candidate should have computer knowledge, good numerical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle billing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and generate invoices accurately through the company’s ERP software.
• Verify customer details, product/service information, pricing, and quantities before invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and other departments for billing-related queries.
• Prepare daily billing reports and assist in record reconciliation when required.
• Handle invoice corrections, adjustments, and follow-up on pending billing issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Computer knowledge.
• Strong numerical knowledge and ability to perform basic calculations accurately
• Familiarity with ERP software or billing software is preferred.
• Good typing skills and ability to work accurately with data.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine billing tasks efficiently.
